Why Mango Power Union
The Mango Power Union is the world’s first integrated portable and home battery system designed to meet your power needs both inside and outside your home. The Mango Power Union can be used as a backup home power supply and as storage for the green energy your house generates, whether it’s from at-home solar, wind, or other renewable sources. The Union’s detachable module, the Power Move, is a grab-and-go battery that gives you more than enough energy for anything you want to do outdoors. The system’s advanced settings feature enables ful customization so you can tailor it to your needs, whatever they are.
Seamless Backup
The moment the grid goes down, the Mango Power Union’s stored energy starts power flowing through your home. Its built-in smart switch flips on automatically so there is no electrical disruption for your important appliances, and its 6.9 kWh battery capacity is designed to power essential circuits for up to 3 days emergency usage for a normal family. Economical Self-Powered Home
The Mango Power Union’s Economical Mode prioritizes energy from green sources – solar, wind, or any other renewables – to guarantee a larger share of your energy consumption comes from environmentally conscious sources. In this mode, energy generated by your solar panels (whether roof solar system or portable solar panels) in the daytime is stored and can then be used at night to help minimize total energy costs and shrink your carbon footprint in daily life.
Time-Based Control
If your utility offers Time-of-Use rates, you can charge the Mango Power Union with off-peak electricity and consume it during peak hours, so you always enjoy the lowest possible power costs and save on your energy bill every month.
Power Supply for Off-grid Living
With the Mango Power Union’s detachable Power Move module, you can take power with you wherever you go. This 2.3 kWh/ 2 kW battery can be used to power your electric grill, portable refrigerator, fan, air mattress inflator, or any other outdoor appliances.
Monitoring and Remote Control
The Mango Power Union includes an app (more about the Mango Power App in Section 4) that allows total control from anywhere in the world. This technology is a complete energy monitoring solution for your home. You can see how much energy your home produces; how much you use at any given time; and its on-demand Green Report, lets you see how green that energy is and how you’ve reduced your carbon emissions.
How the Mango Power Union Works
The Mango Power Union is an all-in-one family energy hub that gives you the capability to power your home and your life wherever you are, to reduce your daily energy expenditure, and to control it all from anywhere in the world. The Union’s detachable module – the Power Move – is easy to grab and take with you to power your outdoor excursions; the entire unit connects with your home solar system to ensure more reliable, consistent power night or day, or connects to the grid as a home backup power supply for essential circuits; and the Mango Power App lets you customize your battery and energy use settings, monitor power use, and enhance and add features with OTA (Over-The-Air) upgrades.
The Mango Power Union and The Power Move
The Mango Power Union is a home battery system that consists of a home battery, a portable module, a dual PV inverter to connect to roof or portable solar power, and a backup gateway for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection. It consists of 2 main parts: the Power Home, which will always stay connected with your home’s essential circuits and solar system; and the Power Move, the detachable portable power station. The Union can be expanded to include up to 10x devices operating in parallel to form a mammoth 69 kWh battery with 40 kW output capability. Each unit has 16x output ports, including 5x AC sockets, 5x USB-A, 2x USB-C, 2x Wireless Charging pads, 1x car port and 1x home circuits connection port.
The Power Move – the detachable module – is a 2.3 kWh battery with 2 kW of continuous output capability. Like the Mango Power Union, it has 15x output ports (no home circuits connection port) and supports 1500W MPPT solar input (both roof solar systems and portable power panels) and 1100W wall outlet charging.
The Power Home – the always-connected home battery and overall base – backs up your home’s essential circuits and supports 1500W MPPT solar input and 2000W wall outlet charging.

Connected with Solar
Once connected with your roof solar system or portable solar panels, the solar panels will charge your Mango Power Union throughout the day when the panels are producing more electricity than your home requires. The Mango Power Union then stores that energy until the home needs it, such as at night when solar can no longer produce energy or when the utility grid is offline during a power outage. When the sun comes out the next day, the solar panels again recharge the Union so you maintain a constant cycle of clean, renewable energy.
Connected with the Grid
Once you connect the Mango Power Union with the utility grid, you can charge/discharge the battery whenever you want. The Mango Power App lets you customize your energy use based on your different needs. Use the App to set your own rules or use one of the preprogrammed modes (fully outlined in Section 4.1.2 – 4.5.
Optional Extra Accessories
Thanks to the Mango Power Union’s built-in dual PV inverter and backup gateway, you don’t need to purchase any extra accessories to connect your roof solar system or smartphone via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth but some features do require additional equipment.

How to Back Up Your Home with the Mango Power Union
What Does Mango Power Union Backup?
The number of Mango Power Unions operating in parallel determines how much of your home is backed up, and for how long.
Backing Up Your Whole Home: When you back up your whole home, the Mango Power Union system will be able to support every appliance in your home during a power outage. For whole home backup, we recommend connecting at least 3x Unions in parallel.
Backing Up Part of Your Home: With partial home backup, the Mango Power Union system only connects with some of your home’s essential circuits. Using the mPanel accessory, you can connect up to 4x circuits with a total capacity of 4000W for each connected Union. When the grid goes down, those circuits will switch seamlessly and automatically to your Mango Power Union so your power supply is never interrupted.
The number of Mango Power Unions purchased determines whether whole home backup or partial home backup is enabled. Please check the table below to determine which solution is right for your home:

To connect the Mango Power Union with your home’s essential circuits, you need to
purchase an additional accessory, the mPanel. Once you have one, follow these steps to connect:

Mango Power Union & Solar
Integrating the Mango Power Union with your home’s solar system is the best way to maximize value, allowing you to use solar power day and night. The Mango Power Union comes with 2x built-in PV inverters, thus supporting 2x MPPT (12V-250V) inputs. You can connect it with both roof solar systems and portable solar panels. Mango Power Union & the Grid
The Mango Power Union can connect with the grid to charge. You can control charging and discharging manually or by customizing your settings in Time-Based Control Mode in the Mango Power App. The Mango Power Union can be charged via both solar and the grid with maximum 3.3 kW input capability.If you want to use the grid exclusively, you can do so with Back-up and Time-Based Control Modes. Mango Power Union & Electric Vehicle Charging
The Mango Power Union can provide stored solar energy to your electric vehicle through your home electrical panel, however, no direct connection between the Mango Power Union and your charging equipment is currently available.
