Ecopowerit offers a Free Shipping to Contiguous United States for most orders.

We Do Not Ship to:

Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands. For some brands we have different shipping policy, please check the product you want to purchase before you place your order.

We Do not to ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, if your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone number you provided when placing the order to let you know. if you do not want to wait we will void the pre-authorization and cancel your order.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within (1-5 business days) from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Sales@ecopowerit.com.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery and contact us at After-sale Service Contact:916-658-3961 or send photos to Returns@ecopowerit.com and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label for a replacement. 

Refused Shipment: 

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a 5% processing fees + Shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less 5% processing fees + Shipping costs
