Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on most of the products, check refund policy for the product you want to purchase on the page of same product.
30-Day money back guarantee not applicable on unpacked/used products. Please make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale. In addition, the shipped orders cannot be refunded during transportation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ecopowerit.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us for more information.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus restocking fees according to the supplier policy + 5% processing fees+Shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation
Customers can request an order cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on ecopowerit.com. Please note that we will charge a 5% processing fee if you apply for the cancellation after 24 hours and before shipping, if the order has shipped, then you will need to return it (please check return policy). Orders purchased after 30 days could not be canceled.
Refused Shipment:
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a 5% processing fees + Shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less 5% processing fees + Shipping costs
