There is a 274 fault code when using a 780W/5700W dryer and charging at 1800W/120V.

A 274 fault is caused by a C20 outlet overcurrent. After a C20 overcurrent, it will switch to INV and discharge normally, as long as you have a split load. At this time, the maximum power should be 7200W. The custom charging mode does not support X-Boost. Once the output load exceeds the set charging power, it will cause the 274 fault. If the user needs to charge and discharge a dryer simultaneously, the C20 must be set to fast charging mode.

No. Since EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra it won't affect NEM 2.0. It cannot be connected to NEM 2.0 rooftop photovoltaic systems, so a new system would need to be installed.

Is Smart Home Panel 2 repairable? How can it be repaired?

Any Smart Home Panel 2 needs to be repaired by a professional electrician. Although the panel does not need to be removed from the wall, Smart Home Panel 2 certified technicians must repair the internal assembly and reconfigure the internet connection. If you need this service, please contact the Smart Home Panel 2 technical support team for troubleshooting and determine whether to return to the factory for repair.

How many circuits can Smart Home Panel 2 manage?

Smart Home Panel 2 can manage up to 12 × 120V circuits or 6 × 240V circuits and can be selected according to different needs.

How to connect EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra with Smart Home Panel 2?

EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra connects with Smart Home Panel 2 using an EcoFlow Power Input/Output Cable (5 + 8). If additional cables are needed, they can be purchased on the official online store.

Why doesn't Smart Home Panel 2 have the same automation features as Smart Home Panel? Why can't we take one circuit on grid while taking another off the grid?

The Smart Home Panel automated timing feature is still available. Smart Home Panel 2 can only achieve a full mains or energy storage power supply for a circuit, and this is based on North American distribution panels.

How many EcoFlow DELTA Pro/EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra units are supported by EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 can connect to EcoFlow DELTA Pro and EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra. Smart Home Panel 2 is equipped with 12 circuits and can be expanded to a capacity of up to 90kWh with a 21.6kW output, and it can receive a maximum solar input of 16.8kW. Additionally, it includes enhanced features on the EcoFlow APP, such as storm guarding and Time of Use (TOU) functionalities. These features can help save money by automatically switching from grid to backup power during high rate periods and in the event of an impending natural calamity.

Does EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra work with an existing grid tied system that does not have a backup feature?

Unfortunately, EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra cannot connect and feedback to the grid.

Does the Smart Home Panel 2 offer three-phase electrical power like the German electrical grid?

Smart Home Panel 2 can support two-phase electrical output but cannot achieve three-phase.

Why can't the smart home panel be connected to a rooftop solar system using AC coupling?

      • Smart Home Panel 2 is designed for managing and distributing AC (Alternating Current) power within a traditional electrical system. Rooftop solar panels, on the other hand, generate DC (Direct Current) power. This fundamental difference in current type means direct connection without proper conversion and control mechanisms (like an inverter) is not feasible. • In a rooftop solar system, the DC power generated by the panels must be converted to AC power to be compatible with home appliances and the grid. This conversion is done by an inverter. A direct connection without this conversion process would not only be inefficient but could also damage the electrical grid or the solar panels. • The Smart Home Panel 2 must be connected to the main house panel, which is part of the grid. Connecting the rooftop solar system directly to the Smart Home Panel 2 could lead to unstable power supply. This instability might result in insufficient power delivery to appliances connected to the panel, causing them to malfunction. Moreover, local regulations stipulate that integrating the rooftop solar system in this manner would necessitate a shift to the current Net Energy Metering (NEM) policy, requiring users to reapply for permits. This process could take several months for approval. Additionally, the new NEM 3.0 policy offers less favorable credit terms compared to the NEM 2.0. Therefore, both from a power usage and economic standpoint, it is not advisable to wire a rooftop solar system directly to Smart Home Panel 2.

What if my house panel is already connected to a rooftop solar system?

If your house panel is already connected to a rooftop solar system (AC Coupling) through an inverter that links to a dedicated breaker, it is compatible with our Smart Home Panel 2. Please be aware that in the event the grid fails, the AC coupling system will also cease to function because it relies on detecting the electrical signal from the grid. When the grid is operational, the solar system can supply power to the Delta Pro Ultra, treating it as a load.

Which EcoFlow products are compatible with Smart Home Panel 2?

The EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 is compatible with the Delta Pro Ultra and Delta Pro models. By connecting the Delta Pro Ultra, you can ac hi eve a power capacity of 90kWh and an output of 21.6kW, with a maximum charging speed of 7200W. When connecting Delta Pros to the panel, it's important to note that with only one Delta Pro connected, it can only be charged through the panel. To enable both charge and discharge functionalities, you need two Delta Pros connected via a specialized double voltage hub, which allows for a 7200W output. Each Delta Pro has a power capacity of 3600Wh, and you can expand this capacity by linking up additional batteries, allowing for a maximum power capacity of 25kWh.
