Backup your home during power outages with DELTA Max. With an expandable capacity that reaches up to 6kWh, dual charging, and the ability to power your home devices, you can stay powered on in any situation.

Unleash Your Capacity

Plug and play home backup power

Power your essential appliances with 2000W huge AC output by directly connecting the DELTA Max with Transfer Switch and a Power Cord for partial home backup. With a plug-and-play design, it"s easier than ever to prepare for blackouts.

Expandable home backup power

A single DELTA Max unit packs a 2kWh capacity that is expandable up to 6kWh with DELTA Max smart extra batteries. This means when a blackout hits, you can continue to power your important home devices such as your fridge and lights for hours on end.

Convenient and fast dual charging

DELTA Max charges up safely and rapidly from 0-80% in just 65 minutes. And it gets even better. If you’re looking for an even faster way to charge up DELTA Max, you can combine AC with the smart generator to get up to 3400W, AC with solar to get up to 2600W, or the Smart Generator with solar to get up to 2600W.*

Power 99% of your home devices

With EcoFlow’s X-Boost technology, DELTA Max can power heavy-duty devices up to 3400W. That means during a power outage or blackout, you can continue to power your fridge, dryer, and more. That’s the industry gold standard for a portable power station of this size and capacity.

Harness the power of the sun

DELTA Max connects with up to 2x 400W EcoFlow solar panels to deliver 800W Max solar charging speeds. With a voltage range from 11-100V and the Solar connector, you can also connect other solar panels to your DELTA Max. Even during cold or cloudy days, our smart maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm automatically detects voltage and current in real time to give you optimum solar generation throughout the day.

Emergency backup power

Disasters can occur at any time of the year, sometimes lasting longer than we ever expected. When extended blackouts hit, the EcoFlow Smart Generator serves as an emergency option that integrates with DELTA Max. It auto-starts when your DELTA Max hits a low level of charge, recharges your DELTA Max, and stops the engine all by itself once your DELTA Max hits a full charge. This gives you a reliable emergency backup option that relies on minimum use of a generator.

Control, monitor, and manage your energy use

    Frequently Asked Questions

EcoFlow DELTA Max Frequently Asked Questions

Can I connect EcoFlow power stations to my house electric panel directly? (For all power stations)

Yes, but please note: - The transfer switch should be connected to the power station's AC output port; - You should disconnect the circuits from the grid before they are supported by the power station; - The total power consumption of the circuits should not exceed the output power rating; - The output will not be grounded if the power station is not connected to the grid.

Can EcoFlow power stations be charged by solar panels and the 12V car cigarette lighter at the same time?(For all power stations)

No, this is because the car charging and solar charging cables share the same input (XT60 outlet).

Do you have wind charging solutions?

We do not have an official solution for wind turbine charging yet. However, a DIY solution is possible at your own risk. (As long as wind power meets our input XT60 port and AC inlet requirements of the power stations)

Can I connect more than one power station together in series? (For all power stations)

Yes, we recommend connecting 2 same units in series at most. Furthermore, please also note: 1. The slave unit must be fully charged before being connected. 2. Must not charge the main unit when the slave is connected.

When does the fan work and when does it stop? (at what temperature)

Different power stations have various conditions that prompt the fan to start running of fan operation, for RIVER series, you can set that manually in the app, or set it to always be on. For DELTA (1300), the fan will turn on when the internal temperature is greater than 45°C.

Can EcoFlow power stations be charged by solar panels and the 12V car cigarette lighter at the same time?(For all power stations)

No, this is because the car charging and solar charging cables share the same input (XT60 outlet).

Can Other Solar Panel Brands Charge DELTA Max?

DELTA Max can be charged using any solar panels with the same solar connectors and within an input range of 800W 11-100V DC 13A.

Does DELTA Max Support Charging While in Use?

Yes, DELTA Max supports charging and discharging while charging from vehicles, solar panels, etc. However, when the unit's battery is low or about to run out, it is best not to use it while connecting to DC charging (solar/vehicle charging). If the input is less than or equal to the output power, the device will continue to consume power, which may result in power loss and eventually damage the battery.

Using other products to charge Delta Max

In addition to charging from the grid, car, and solar, other sources such as generators and inverters can also be used if they output 220–240V (50Hz/60Hz) of sine wave AC power. When charging DELTA Max, the AC input power needs to be greater than 2400W to enable X-Stream function.

    What is X-Boost?

This product supports X-Boost, an EcoFlow feature that supplies power to devices with a wattage of 3000W. X-Boost ensures the device does not fail due to overload protection. When using X-Boost, DELTA Max still has a rated power output of 2400W.

    DELTA Max Maintenance and Storage

    1. To prolong the battery life, we recommend that you use and store DELTA Max in an environment of 20°C to 30°C, away from water, heat, and metal objects. 2. For long-term storage, discharge the product down to 30% and then charge it up to 60%. Continue to follow this procedure every 3 months. Units that are not charged and discharged for more than 6 months will no longer be covered under warranty. 3. For safety reasons, please do not store this product in an environment above 45°C or below -10°C over a long period.

    Using the Smart Generator

The EcoFlow Smart Generator can charge DELTA Max (up to 1800W), expanding the capacity (up to 2x5.4kWh) and extending the power supply time. When the Smart Generator is connected to DELTA Max and battery capacity is less than 20% (can be set in the app), the Smart Generator will automatically start topping up the battery.

Charging and discharging with the Extra Battery

When charging/discharging, the BMS will charge the one with low voltage first. It will then balance the charge in the two units before charging/discharging further.

How to Upgrade DELTA Max's Firmware

    1. Long press the IoT button under the screen for 3 seconds, and the WiFi icon on the screen will flash. After confirming that DELTA Max's WiFi is on, connect your phone to the unit. 2. Open the app and click the "+" in the upper right corner to add a device. Connect to the WIFI or a mobile phone hotspot. Go to the DELTA Max page, then Settings>Firmware>Update. 3. If you can't find the "Upgrade" reminder, it means that your home router is not connected. Press and hold the IoT button under the DELTA Max's screen for 3 seconds to reconnect. 4. DELTA Shut Down Unexpectedly

    1. The battery is running out and needs recharging. 2. The default standby time of this product is 2 hours and can be set on the app. If the switches for the AC/DC outlets are not turned on and the product is not connected to any load, the product will automatically shut down after 2 hours. The default standby time can be set in the Ecoflow App.

Is Dual Charging (AC and Car Charger) Supported?

DELTA Max can dual fast charge up to 3000W, as long as an Extra Battery is connected.

    Using EPS Mode

DELTA Max supports EPS (Emergency Power Supply). When DELTA Max is plugged into the grid to charge using AC, any load plugged into the DELTA Max will be directly powered from the grid and not DELTA Max. If there is a power outage, DELTA Max automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds. Any device plugged into the DELTA Max will have no power for 30 milliseconds, making it unsuitable for desktop computers or data servers which must be reconnected to power within 0 milliseconds (UPS). UPS is unnecessary for all devices, and we advise testing yourself before using the EPS function. It is recommended that only one device is plugged into DELTA Max to avoid overloading.

What is the Car Charger Outlet Type?

The XT60 car charger is a standard outlet. Use the included 1.5m car charging cable to charge.

    Screen Icons Not Fully Displayed

    1. If DELTA Max is placed on a carpet, move it to a wooden floor or solid flooring. 2. Take a video showing the error and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com

    Cannot Find the Home WiFi

    1. Press the IoT button again to reconnect. 2. Use another mobile phone to set up a hotspot connection. If the DELTA Max can connect to the phone's hotspot connection, it means that the connection function of the DELTA Max is normal. Since the WIFI connection only supports 2.4GHz, check the home router. If it is 2.4 GHz, modify the router configuration. 3. If none of the above methods work, provide a photo of the serial number at the bottom of the device and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com

    Charging a Car Battery

When the car is out of power, you can use a dedicated jumper cable to charge the battery in around 15-20 minutes. Jumper cables are sold separately from a third party. (Note: When charging, do not start the car otherwise, it will cause the battery to malfunction)

How to Deal with Electromagnetic Interference

The use of communication equipment or equipment with electromagnetic interference, such as walkie-talkies and electromagnetic wave generators, will disrupt the power supply. You can use an extension cord to extend it slightly and use it at a longer distance.

    How to Use X-Boost

X-Boost has been enabled by default, but you can use the EcoFlow app to turn this function on or off. X-Boost cannot be used in the following situations: (1) AC output is turned on in the charging state (in bypass mode) (2) The X-Boost mode is turned off. X-Boost is suitable for heating and electrical equipment but not for electrical appliances with voltage protection, such as precision instruments. Refer to the actual test to check whether a device is compatible with X-Boost.

Using Solar panels in Series and Parallel

    1. The standard 400W solar panel supports up to 2 in series. 2. For non-standard solar panels with a wattage lower than 400W, the voltage and current can be used in series at 11-100V DC 10A. They can be connected in parallel or in series, but using solar panels with different wattages is not recommended.
