    What is the waterproof rating?

    IP20, we provide waterproof protection bag which is sold separately, can be used together to achieve waterproof effect in outdoor rainy days.

    How many solar panels can be used, and how much is the solar charging power?

    Delta 2 can work with one 400W solar panel, or two 220W solar panels used in series, and the maximum solar charging power is 500W.

    Can it be used with other Ecosystem products?

    Delta 2 can work with the Wave and the Smart generator.

    What connection methods do the APP support?

    Delta 2 supports WIFI and Bluetooth connections.

    What is the weight and noise level?

    The weight of Delta 2 is around 27lbs, the noise level is ≤60dB, 1 meter

    What the cell Type does DELTA 2 have?

    LFP,3000 cycles to 80%+ capacity.

    How long does it take to fully charge?

    Delta 2 only supports one extra battery extension, and the capacity of the extra battery is 1024Wh. It also supports the extra battery of DELTA Max, which can be expanded to 3040Wh at the maximum.

    Can I use the product when it is wet?

    It is strictly forbidden to expose this product to any liquid. Do not immerse or wet this product in water. Do not use the product in rain or wet environment.

    Can I take the product on an airplane?

    No.

    What if the product cannot be turned on?

    1. Try to charge the device and then turn on the power. If charging fails, troubleshoot the problem as the power cannot be charged. 2. If there is no response after you short or long press (for 3 seconds) the main power button, contact the after-sales service team for help.

    What if the product cannot be charged?

    1. The charging temperature is too high. If you use high power appliances for a long time, stop using the product until the temperature drops. 2. The charging temperature is too low. Place DELTA 2 Max in a warm environment. 3. Check whether the input meets the specifications. 4. Check whether a charging limit is set. 5. In case of charging failure, try to change the charging method or charging cable.

    What are recommendations for storage if the device is not used for a long time?

    1. Store the product away from water, heat sources, and metal objects. 2. To extend the battery life, it is recommended to use or store the product at ambient temperature from 20°C to 30°C. 3. For long-term storage, charge and discharge the product once every 3 months (firstly discharge it to 0%, then fully charge the device, and then discharge it to 60% for long-term storage); products not charged and discharged for more than 6 months will not be covered by warranty. 4. For safety reasons, do not store this product at ambient temperature higher than 45°C or lower than –10°C for a long time. 5. If the product is critically low on power and left unused for a long time, it will enter sleep mode and will need to be recharged before you need to use it again.

    Is DELTA 2 Max Extra Battery compatible with DELTA Max and DELTA 2?

    The DELTA 2 Max Extra Battery is compatible with DELTA Max (2000) and DELTA 2.

    Can I switch the frequency? How to switch it?

    It is not recommended to switch the frequency. If required, turn on the AC power supply, press and hold the AC output switch for 10 seconds to switch the frequency. (Do not switch the AC output frequency; otherwise, it may cause failure of some appliances.)

    Is it also impossible to turn off the device while charging? Will it turn on automatically if it is off after powering up?

    In the off state, the product will automatically turn on after powering up. The device cannot be switched off during charging.

    How to calibrate the SOC?

    Fully discharge and charge the battery for one time and then recalibrate it.

    What is the battery type?

    LFP battery. 80% capacity remaining after 3000 cycles.

    What connection methods does the APP support?

    Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

    How many solar panels can be installed, and what is the solar charging power?

    DELTA 2 Max has 2 solar/car charging input ports, with voltage range of 11-60V for each port, and maximum solar charging power 500W for each port. Each port can be connected to one 400W solar panel, or two 220W solar panels in series.

    Can it be used with other ecosystem products?

    It supports WAVE and WAVE 2 portable air conditioners, GLACIER portable refrigerator,s and Smart Generators.

    Can DELTA 2 Max be used with the Extra Battery?

    Up to 2 Extra Batteries can be connected. It is compatible with DELTA Max Extra Battery. It can be expanded to 6144Wh at maximum.

    What are the weight and noise level?

    Net weight: 23 kg. Within a range of 50 cm, the noise level is 30 dB when the input or output power is below 500W.

    What is the capacity of the product?

    Does it support charging while using?

    Yes, power station supports charging and discharging when charging in vehicles,portable solar panel, etc. However, when the battery of the machine is low or is about to run out, it is best not to output while connecting to DC charging (solar/vehicle charging); at this time, if the input of the power is less than or equal to the output power, the device will continue to consume power, which may result in power loss and eventually damage the battery.

    How long can the product charge my devices?

    The charging time is shown on the product’s LCD Screen, which can be used to estimate the charging time of most appliances with stable power usage.

    How can I know if the product is charging?

    When it’s charging, the remaining charging time will be shown on the LCD Screen. Meanwhile, the charging indicator icon begins to rotate with the remaining battery percentage and the input power shown on the right of the circle.

    How to clean the product?

    Please gently wipe it with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel.

    How does the Emergency Power Supply (EPS) work? And how fast is it?

    When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.

    We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

    Cancellation

    Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on ecopowerit.com. 

    Please note that we will charge a 5% processing fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made. 

    Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.

    Return

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

    If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

    You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package. 

    Refund

    After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days minus transaction and processing fees.     All EcoFlow products purchased on ecoflow.com or authorized dealer (ecopowerit is an authorized dealer) come with a limited warranty, as shown below. BY USING ECOFLOW PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ECOFLOW LIMITED WARRANTY.

    We provide a limited warranty for purchases on ecoflow.com. The warranty period started when the original purchaser received the products.

    Warranty extension 

    You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022. 

    Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.

    Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.

    Exclusions and Limitations

    This warranty does not apply:

    · Non-quality related issues;

    · Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;

    · Purchases without valid proof of purchase;

    · Items that have been refunded;

    · Items that have expired their warranty period;

    · Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

    · Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;

    · Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

    · Lost or stolen products;

    · Free products.

    Return Material Authorization (RMA) process

    • If your item is eligible for an EcoFlow Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided by us to properly pack the products and return them safely.

    Replacement 

    • In case of replacement, delivery of the replacement item will be arranged within 15 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.
    • The replacement warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item.

    Replace, not repair:
    EcoFlow BLADE Product and Part Replacement

    1. During the warranty period, replacement service is available for EcoFlow BLADE purchased from official authorized channels. The replaced product or part becomes EcoFlow's property and thereplacement product or part becomes your property. Only unalttered Ecoflow's products and partsare eligible for replacement.
    2. If one of the three (EcoFlow Robotic lawn mower, lawn sweepper, or base station BP) fails, it onlyneeds to be returned to EcoFlow for replacement, without the neeed to return any of the other twoproducts or their individual accessories (such as the extensioncord, antenna assembly, ground nail,hexagon screwdriver, etc.). EcoFlow will provide users with a functional replacement withaccessories.
    3. If accessories such as extension cables and antenna :screwdrivers are damaged due to non-humanfactors (excluding main products: Ecoflow Robotic lawn mower,lawn sweeper, and base station BP).EcoFlow can provide users with new accessories replacement dluring the warranty period
    4. Replacement products or parts provided by EcoFlow rmay not be new, but it will be in good workingorder and at least functionally equivalent to the original productor part's warranty. A replacementproduct or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product's warranty.E012105. Replacement service will not terminate the warranty pperiod, or will it result in a restart of thewarranty period.
    EcoFlow BLADE (purchased from officially authorized channels in North America and EU) comes with a7*24h online chat service.

    What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover This policy does not cover the following:
    1. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, orshell opening is not in accordancewith official instructions or manuals.
    2."Water damage or other damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not inaccordance with official instructions or manuals.
    3. Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
    4. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery andcharger.
    5. Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds,rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)
    6. Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e.in mining areas or close to radio transmission towers, high-voltagewires, substations, etc.).
    7. Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has beenremoved.
    8. Damage is found to have been caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorizedthird-party parts.

    Lifetime free accessories: EcoFlow BLADE users in North America and Europe who purchase Ecoflow BLADE through official authorized channels can enjoy free replacement service for lifetime if they lose or damage wiring harnesses, nails, screws and blades. Specific replacement rules are as follows:
    (1)base station extension cable: 1 PC/year
    (2)antenna extension cable: 1 PC/year
    (3)charging station nails: 1 set (10 PCS)/year
    (4)cable peg: 1 set (40 PCS)/year

    The standard warranty period of EcoFlow GLACIER (purchased from officially authorized channels) is 12 months. Customers can enjoy a warranty extension of 12 months by registering the EcoFlow GLACIER on the official website or in the EcoFlow app.

    EcoFlow GLACIER Product and Part Replacement
    1. During the warranty period, replacement service is available for Ecoflow GLACIER purchased from authorized channels. The replaced product or part becomes EcoFlow's property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered Ecoflow's products and parts are eligible for replacement.
    2. Replacement products or parts provided by EcoFlow may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part's warranty. A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product's warranty.
