How the Mango Power Union Works
The Mango Power Union is an all-in-one family energy hub that gives you the capability to power your home and your life wherever you are, to reduce your daily energy expenditure, and to control it all from anywhere in the world. The Union’s detachable module – the Power Move – is easy to grab and take with you to power your outdoor excursions; the entire unit connects with your home solar system to ensure more reliable, consistent power night or day, or connects to the grid as a home backup power supply for essential circuits; and the Mango Power App lets you customize your battery and energy use settings, monitor power use, and enhance and add features with OTA (Over-The-Air) upgrades.
The Mango Power Union and The Power Move
The Mango Power Union is a home battery system that consists of a home battery, a portable module, a dual PV inverter to connect to roof or portable solar power, and a backup gateway for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection. It consists of 2 main parts: the Power Home, which will always stay connected with your home’s essential circuits and solar system; and the Power Move, the detachable portable power station. The Union can be expanded to include up to 10x devices operating in parallel to form a mammoth 69 kWh battery with 40 kW output capability. Each unit has 16x output ports, including 5x AC sockets, 5x USB-A, 2x USB-C, 2x Wireless Charging pads, 1x car port and 1x home circuits connection port.
The Power Move – the detachable module – is a 2.3 kWh battery with 2 kW of continuous output capability. Like the Mango Power Union, it has 15x output ports (no home circuits connection port) and supports 1500W MPPT solar input (both roof solar systems and portable power panels) and 1100W wall outlet charging.
The Power Home – the always-connected home battery and overall base – backs up your home’s essential circuits and supports 1500W MPPT solar input and 2000W wall outlet charging.

Connected with Solar
Once connected with your roof solar system or portable solar panels, the solar panels will charge your Mango Power Union throughout the day when the panels are producing more electricity than your home requires. The Mango Power Union then stores that energy until the home needs it, such as at night when solar can no longer produce energy or when the utility grid is offline during a power outage. When the sun comes out the next day, the solar panels again recharge the Union so you maintain a constant cycle of clean, renewable energy.
Connected with the Grid
Once you connect the Mango Power Union with the utility grid, you can charge/discharge the battery whenever you want. The Mango Power App lets you customize your energy use based on your different needs. Use the App to set your own rules or use one of the preprogrammed modes (fully outlined in Section 4.1.2 – 4.5.
Optional Extra Accessories
Thanks to the Mango Power Union’s built-in dual PV inverter and backup gateway, you don’t need to purchase any extra accessories to connect your roof solar system or smartphone via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth but some features do require additional equipment.

Power Supply for Off-grid Living
With the Mango Power Union’s detachable Power Move module, you can take power with you wherever you go. This 2.3 kWh/ 2 kW battery can be used to power your electric grill, portable refrigerator, fan, air mattress inflator, or any other outdoor appliances.
Monitoring and Remote Control
The Mango Power Union includes an app (more about the Mango Power App in Section 4) that allows total control from anywhere in the world. This technology is a complete energy monitoring solution for your home. You can see how much energy your home produces; how much you use at any given time; and its on-demand Green Report, lets you see how green that energy is and how you’ve reduced your carbon emissions.
