EcoFlow DELTA PRO Frequently Asked Questions
When does the fan work and when does it stop? (at what temperature)
Different power stations have various conditions that prompt the fan to start running of fan operation, for RIVER series, you can set that manually in the app, or set it to always be on. For DELTA (1300), the fan will turn on when the internal temperature is greater than 45°C.
Do you have wind charging solutions?
We do not have an official solution for wind turbine charging yet. However, a DIY solution is possible at your own risk. (As long as wind power meets our input XT60 port and AC inlet requirements of the power stations)
Can I connect EcoFlow power stations to my house electric panel directly? (For all power stations)
Yes, but please note: - The transfer switch should be connected to the power station's AC output port; - You should disconnect the circuits from the grid before they are supported by the power station; - The total power consumption of the circuits should not exceed the output power rating; - The output will not be grounded if the power station is not connected to the grid.
Can EcoFlow power stations be charged by solar panels and the 12V car cigarette lighter at the same time?(For all power stations)
No, this is because the car charging and solar charging cables share the same input (XT60 outlet).
Notes on X-boost
This product has X-Boost enabled by default. You can use the EcoFlow app to turn this function on or off. X-Boost is not available in the following situations: (1) the AC output is turned on in the charging state (in bypass mode) and (2) the X-Boost mode is turned off. X-Boost is more suitable for heating and electrical equipment, but not for all electrical appliances. Some electrical appliances equipped with voltage protection (such as precision instruments, etc.) are not suitable for X-Boost. To confirm whether the device is compatible with X-Boost, please refer to the actual test.

Why is the car charger not working?
1. Please confirm whether the car cigarette lighter has normal voltage and power output. 2. Try using a solar panel to charge the power station. If the solar panel can be used to charge, it means that there is a problem with the car charger to XT60 cable. Change the cable, and if the solar panel still cannot be used to charge, then contact support.eu@ecoflow.com
Why won't my RIVER charge at all?
1. The charging temperature may be too high. If you used high-power electrical appliances for extended periods, don’t use the power station for a while to allow the temperature to drop. 2. The charging temperature may be too low. If the outside temperature is too low or the temperature of the battery cell is lower than 0°C, place the power station somewhere warmer. 3. The charging voltage or current may be too low. Charge the device according to the rated charging voltage and current. 4. Change the charging method or the cable. If the solar panel has no input and the car charger has input, it means that the solar panel or solar charging cable is broken. Try to replace the solar charging cable or solar panel. 5. If none of the above methods work, provide a video explaining the fault and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com

Why does the car charging port not output any power?
1. Confirm whether the DC switch is turned on, and the DC switch will light up to indicate it is on. 2. Try to replace the head of the charger to see whether the cable is faulty 3. If none of the above methods work, provide a video explaining the fault and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com
Why is my power station input power hopping when i try to charge it? How do i fix this?
To fix this, try charging and discharging the unit 3 times. If it still occurs, please provide a video demonstrating the issue and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com
How to Calibrate SoC
Discharge the unit to 0%, then charge to 100% until there is no input.

How to Achieve a 25kWh Capacity
Connecting 2 DELTA Pros with a Double Voltage Hub or Smart Home Panel and adding 1 Extra Battery and 1 Smart Generator to each DELTA Pro provides a capacity of 25 kWh.
What do the error codes on DELTA Pro mean?
301: Cell Under Voltage - Need a timely recharge 302: BMS Lost Connection - Reboot 303: INV Lost Connection - Reboot 102: Cell Under Voltage Alert - No discharge, timely recharge 077: Cell Voltage Differences are too great - Long press the power button for 10 seconds and wait for half an hour.
DELTA Pro Won't Charge Appliances
1. If charging from an AC outlet, check that the AC switch is turned on. The same goes for DC outlets. 2. If the AC or DC switch is turned on, and it still cannot charge, confirm whether the output power of DELTA Pro meets the rated charging power of the electrical appliance. 3. When the power from a DC source and car charger is less than 1 watt, the charging power won't display, but the actual device is charging, try charging another appliance with a larger wattage to see if the charging power displays. 4. When the screen displays an overload alarm, the charging power is too high. Shut down DELTA Pro and leave it to cool down for 30 minutes or try using a low-power device before charging again. If there is still an overload prompt, take a photo or video and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com 5. The AC switch will automatically turn off after 12 hours if the power of the electrical appliance is less than 10W.
