Q1: What kind of solar charger can charge this product?
Any 11-30V solar charger with an XT-60 female connector.
Q2: How long can the power station charge my devices via the AC port?
You can use this formula to calculate this time. Multiply 0.8 by 1229 and then divide by the wattage of your device. Note, this formula only applies to devices with 300W or greater.
Q3: Why does the power station's battery drain even when no devices are connected?
When the AC and car socket control buttons are turned on, there will be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. To avoid this, make sure the AC and car socket control buttons are turned off. Or turn on Power Saving mode when not using it.
Q4: How should I store and maintain the product?
1. To preserve the battery lifespan, recharge it to 100% after every use.
2. Turn on Power Saving Mode and turn off all the buttons on PowerHouse.
3. We recommend recharging it to 100% every month.
Q5: What else should I pay special attention to?
1. We suggest using DC ports for small load devices (under 120W) to reduce the power consumption from the AC outlet. This will ensure longer use time.
2. To prevent recharging overload, make sure the AC input source is 1200W or more.

All Anker portable power stations purchased on Anker Direct and Anker authorized resellers come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below. By using an Anker portable power station, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Anker limited warranty.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases made on Anker Direct and Anker authorized resellers. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Anker's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

2. Exclusions and Limitations
Not covered under warranty:
- Products that are damaged or modified.
- Product operated with a damaged cord, plug, or output cable.
- Products that are disassembled.
- Products cleaned with harmful chemicals or detergents.
- Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Products that have been refunded.
- Products with an expired warranty.
- Lost, stolen products.
- Damage from outside sources.
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, use of the product in excess of its output rating, exposure of the product to rain or snow, extremely low air pressure, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly).
- Purchases from illegitimate resources.

Step 1
- Claim your warranty on https://us.anker.com/pages/exchange, or contact Anker customer service team at support@anker.com or +1 (800) 988 7973(US).
- Attach a short video to show us the issue and a detailed issue description.
*Our support team will get in touch with you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Step 2
- Once your portable power station is confirmed to be defective after troubleshooting, a prepaid label will be provided. Our support team will provide further instructions on how to properly package the product and return it safely.
*Please note that we can only provide prepaid return shipping labels for return packages in the US and UK. For returns in other countries and regions, we'll cover the return shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team at support@anker.com for more details.
Step 3
- Our support team will send a replacement once the defective item is received at our warehouse. The replacement will take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
- The defective item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equivalent value or a new item if a factory refurbished model of equivalent value is not available. If a replacement is not available or if you prefer, Anker will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item.
*All replacement items will follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer.

- Returns must include all accessories ( When returning products purchased in the "Buy One, Get One for $0.99" promotion, you must return both products. If you only return one product, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the MSRP of the $0.99 product. )

How do I return an item?
1. Please reach out to Anker customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Anker support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Anker with the following information:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Anker or Anker's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase (see top of page for your product’s warranty timeline).

Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Anker's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and BestBuy, are handled through Anker (see list of authorized distributors and retailers here).
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Anker will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Process:
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- Anker must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
- For defective items that Anker needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Anker or if the defective item is not returned.

- Sales invoice

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
